Join us for a lecture from Bill Finch in Merrill Hall Howle Auditorium from 4-5pm. Bill Finch is the founder of the Paint Rock Research Center and a powerful voice for nature conservancy in Alabama. His lecture will be followed by the opening reception of the Paint Rock: Drawing Knowledge from Nature gallery opening in the Manners Gallery at Hammond Hall from 5-7pm.

Join us for the opening reception of Paint Rock: Drawing Knowledge from Nature. This exhibition is a collaborative show between the Paint Rock Research Center and JAX State Department of Art and Design featuring 17 artists from across the state of Alabama. This opening will be preceded by a lecture from Bill Finch in Merrill Hall, Howle Auditorium from 4-5pm.
