Cleburne, AL – Cleburne County Schools is helping ensure children have access to nutritious meals during the summer months through a bulk meal pick-up program. Open to all children 18 years of age and under, this initiative provides families with a convenient way to receive meals throughout the school break.
Each distribution includes a set amount of breakfasts and lunches per child. Meals are free of charge, and registration is required to guarantee availability. The second distribution date is set for Thursday, June 12, with meal pick-up available from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at four participating locations: Cleburne County High School, Fruithurst Elementary, Pleasant Grove Elementary, and Ranburne High School.

Registration for each upcoming distribution opens the day after the previous distribution. While a limited number of extra meals may be available on a first-come, first-served basis, pre-registration is strongly encouraged to secure meals. A waitlist will also be maintained for those who miss the registration window.
