Heflin, AL – The Cleburne County Soil and Water Conservation District will host a Water Festival on Wednesday, July 17, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Lucile L. Morgan Public Library, located at 541 Ross Street in Heflin, AL.
Organized in partnership with the library, the event promises a morning of engaging, family-friendly activities aimed at promoting water conservation awareness and environmental education. Attendees can enjoy hands-on water experiments, interactive learning stations, and a special performance by a magician.
The first 50 participants will receive a free commemorative T-shirt, designed by a local library patron.
The Water Festival is part of the Cleburne County Soil and Water Conservation District’s ongoing efforts to educate the public on the importance of protecting natural resources. The event is free and open to the community.
